Built for the Anglo-Newfoundland Shipping Co Ltd, managers Donaldson Bros & Black Ltd. Torpedoed and sunk 4 August 1940 on way to Manchester carrying 6112 tons of newsprint and 494 tons of sulphite pulp. Shape of bow to manage ice.
