Busy Buccleuch dock is dominated on the right by the hammerhead crane and staging on a barge, in front of an aircraft carrier being fitted out. On the left, a pair of Isle of Man steamers are laid up for winter in front of six naval vessels, possibly now decommissioned. The smart P&O liner Orsova, tended by a trio of tugs may be returning from sea trials.
