People chat and stroll near the park lake’s boathouse in front of which a telephone kiosk stands and the fleet is lined-up, with boats being prepared. In their own section of lake, three small, hand-operate paddle boats are enjoyed by children; others watch, perhaps enviously, and play at the lake edge. Beyond the trees, children may be seen enjoying the play area where swings, roundabout and slides are visible.
