A wide, new concrete road has facilitated the development of Rainey Park (North Walney). The estate appears complete with a parade of shops one side of the Duddon Drive junction and the new North Walney Primary School on the other with two double-storey blocks each side of a central core extending to the rear. Three vans, two cars and a handful of people are the only signs of life.
