The high vantage point shows the front of the Town Hall, the roof line and the tower. The statue of Lord Cavendish can be seen at the junction with Paxton Street opposite the Town Hall entrance. A layer of smog or mist is shrouding the buildings in the distance. Duke Street is quiet.
