A view of Blackpool Tower and the Big Wheel behind the beach with the tide almost full. This has been taken from the Central pier. There are a few sailing boats near the shore, horses and carts on the water line and some bathing huts. Some people are paddling in the water. There are a lot of people on the Promenade and on the sand. Flags flying.
