Loading passengers to sailing boat from the shore using a wheeled jetty. 2 men in jerseys on shore steadying the jetty. 2 Men in oilskins in the sea steadying the boat. 4 men already in boa, with 3 ladies in smart clothes and 1 man boarding. Two crew on boat – one holding sail and one helping lady off planks. Very similar to 4282
