On Golden Sands
Early 20th Century
Looking North along the beach and promenade from the South Shore Blackpool. A long row of shops, houses and hotels face seaward on the far side of the promenade. Steps lead down to the beach. Both beach and promenade are busy with people of all ages. Several full trams are travelling along the promenade. Blackpool tower a big wheel and a tall chimney can be seen in the distance. Not a full sized negative.
