Princess Parade/Albert Terrace

Looking along a wide road with tramlines, a crowded tram can be seen in the distance. There are streets of four storied houses on either side. There are crowds of people and a policeman walking on the pavements and what looks like an early taxi, also horse drawn carriages can be seen going down the street.There is a girl with a pram to the right of the picture .
