The pier is in the background, there is a holiday atmosphere to the photo, as in the predecessor there are two men up a ladder fixing lights in the central reservation. Four women walk together on the left, on the right on the beach there are bathing huts, horse drawn carriages and bathers. The Palace Theatre is on the left.
