Haddon Road, Bispham

Early in the development of Bispham, this is the only block that has been built on Haddon Road, the rest is still grass.The picture has been taken looking to the Promenade, where an advert for H Samuels watches faces the tram lines. The open-sided tram with the advert for cigarettes is a 'crossbench rack car' and was first employed by the Blackpool and Fleetwood Tramroad, It is on its way to Gynn Square.
