Uncle Toms Cabin Knowle Avenue
Carriages wait inside and outside the courtyard of Uncle Tom's Cabin, This is the second building of that name, built on Queen's Promenade, after the original building fell into the sea. The first owner was a man named Old Tom, he saw the popularity of the book, and renamed the Blackpool's first entertainment venue 'Uncle Tom's Cabin'.
