Hartington Street and The King's Hall

Looking north west, along Hartington Street. The King's Hall Wesleyan Methodist Mission in the centre. Scattered men walk along the pavements, one carrying several cans. Two girls in pinafores, two boys in knee britches. Single horse and flat cart approaching down the middle of otherwise empty street.
