Photograph of a hand drawn cartoon advertising the "Vickers Sons & Maxims” Annual Outing 08. The cartoon depicts a paddle steamer heading towards a distant Blackpool. The steamer is populated by dozens of stick men who are getting up to various antics such as climbing the rigging, diving into the sea, tight rope walking, falling etc. A pennant flying from the ship's mast has the words "Full Of Smell”, a pun on the ship name, Philomel
