Looking north from the Barrow Island end of the high level bridge towards the Town Hall. A tram is approaching over the bridge. Man at the top of a tall ladder working on a bridge lamp post. Three men stood looking over left bridge parapet. Railway signal to left. Town Hall and other building in distance are hazy due to smog or haze.
