Braddyll's Arms and Post Office Bardsea
1910s
View from the lane leading to Bardsea Green. The Braddyll’s Arms is on the left hand side. The sign has George Gunson licensed to retail Ale and Porter. On the right is an old cottage called Swallow’s Nest where a man with a big dog is sitting on the window sill. Next is the Post Office where three boys in caps and clogs are standing by the door.
