Church Street, Allithwaite
1910s
View up Church Road from Vicarage lane. The first low building is a builder’s yard with various vitreous drain pieces. At the top of the terrace a house, Number 2, is shored up with heavy timber and a workman is on the roof and another in the road. There is a family in the street and two women standing by a house.
