Promenade & Tower Light
1910s
View from a high point across the esplanade to the Lower Lighthouse – a stubby hexagonal tower above a square shelter with pillars and a square tower. Crowds around with children and prams. Large poster in the shelter, and a photographer with a tripod just to the right. Sailing boats including one much larger yacht. One man with bike.
