Wasdale Temperance Hotel
1910s
View of a two storey whitewashed building with outside steps to a midfloor barn. There is a sign, Grindell Temperance Hotel, over the door in the centre. There is a square ten-foot stone built tower with battlements. A woman is filling a bucket at an arched recess. There’s a dog sitting behind the well, a man is sat on a bench reading and two bikes are leaning against the wall.
