Crowds around the edge of The Park and The Esplanade looking across the River Wyre. Man in boater packing movie camera into case while assistant holds the tripod. Bandsmen in uniforms to the right. Ladies all in fine hats. Lots of children and prams. Donkey with wicker seats. Small sailing boats at sea with three larger boats. Three steamships, one is a crowded ferry to Knott End.
