Boy Scouts in Duke Street

View up Duke Street to the Town Hall from just before the Buccleuch Street/Parade Street junction. Crowd following a large group of Boy Scouts with wide-brimmed hats and knapsacks. Buildings occupied by – Caldwell, decorator; Irish national Club; J Turner, ales and porter. Tram in the distance and man on bicycle.
