Coming into Bootle Station; village from Bootle just before the level crossing. On the right, Lancaster Banking Company Limited Established AD 1828 on a limestone building with red sandstone features. Across the road a mother stands in a gateway with a toddler. Beyond the railway goods yard and signals showing the line going north. Empty cart resting on its shafts.
