Rampside Hall Barrow-in-Furness
1910s
Portrait view of a large square mansion house with three storeys. The roof has two stone corbels and twelve chimneys covering the entire length of the ridge which have given the building the nickname 'the twelve apostles. There is an imposing front door with elaborate surround and lintel. Much of the front wall is ivy covered.
