Midland Hotel Morecambe
1905-1914
View of the front and side elevations of the Midland Hotel. Large sign for the Midland Station Vaults on the right side of the building. Also on the right a window cleaner has stepped off his ladder and is stood on a windowsill. Originally called the North Western Hotel, it was designed by Paley and Austin in 1847, renamed as the Midland in 1871, and demolished in 1932.
