The view Northeast along Canal Head. The Hoad Monument (or Sir John Barrow Monument) on the top of the Hoad in the centre. Houses on the left with children in the doorway and a boy with bicycle stands in front. The milkman's horse and trap with a churn in it stands in the road. Another trap approaches on the right.
