Steamer Pier in Bowness Bay

Busy scene taken from a boat coming into Bowness Pier on Windermere. Small girl stares at the camera, no-one else seems to have noticed. Two large trunks and a bicycle wait to be loaded. Rowing boats are pulled up on the shore waiting to be hired. Looks like a motor car on the road by the sign for the Belsfield Hotel. Furness Railway sign asks passengers to have their tickets ready.
