Busy view up Highgate towards the Town Hall Clock Tower from outside the Shakespeare Hotel and the Ministry of Labour Employment Exchange. Mixture of shops and houses on both sides. Several cars and a van. One registration EC 2986 (Westmorland). Horse and empty cart crossing road and another horse just appearing. Two boys pull one handcart, another is on the pavement and a bike leans on a lamppost.
