High Carley Sanatorium Dining Room
1920s
View of the dining room of the hospital on the Pennington to Urswick road. Tables set out with white cloths, cutlery and a mug at each place. Vase of flowers on every table. Staff standing looking at the camera. One seems to have nursing uniform. Through the door at the back, the open-air facilities that were used for treating patients with tuberculosis are visible.
