New Infirmary
c. 1924
View of Whitehaven Castle looking east up Flatt Walks. Two square towers with crenelations are separated by a section set back with the side door. Tall stone chimney stacks have fluted pots. The castle was converted to a hospital in 1924 which may date the image titled "new”.
