View up the street from the large Post Office building on the corner up to the domed tower of Trinity Methodist Church. Opposite is an ornate building housing the Billiard Saloon with "10 full Spec Tables”. Only men in the street, many smoking pipes, one wearing a uniform cap. One man on a bicycle and a young man resting on a hand cart. Advert for Brasso Polish. A woman at a window in the building left looks towards the photographer.
