The Quay
1920s
View from the end of Quay Street along the terraces to the town. Railway lines along the dockside with a mobile crane. Houses look in poor condition compared to Lime Street on the hill. Adverts unreadable on railway wall. Children far up the street, a woman in a doorway and hens by the track. One doorstep is very well worn down.
