The White Mare Hotel

View of the White Mare Hotel – Isaac Dixon Sole Proprietor (see 6193). There is elaborate barge boarding below the eaves of the gables. A set of worn steps leads to the front door. Cart has its shafts in the air outside Walter Trippiear’s joinery and saw mill. Two men lean against a wall and two small girls stand close with thumbs in their mouths. A monkey puzzle tree nearby.
