Looking West along Tilberthwaite Avenue (B5285). Houses border the right side of the road with fields to the left. A lady stands at the corner of one of the houses. Further down the road a man stands beside a cart or wagon. Hills in the distance beyond the village are "The Bell” and "The Old Man of Coniston”.
