Madeley Court

Early 20th Century

An ancient C16th Manor House, originally a grange for Wenlock Priory nearby. (Now Grade II* listed). It is currently (2021) a hotel. The twin towered building on the left is the gatehouse, physically separate from the main building. The whole is run-down, but the gatehouse at least is still inhabited. The wall of the walled-garden runs off to the right.
