This is Sunny Bank Mill (as at 2021), on the shore of Coniston Water just south of Torver, adjacent to Torver Beck. It's a modern three-storey house, with older farm buildings to the left. There is a narrow footbridge over the mill beck. Hills behind on the eastern side of the lake.
