This is looking north towards the Old Man of Coniston and Wetherlam, from near Nibthwaite. Dow Crag, Coniston Old Man and Wetherlam make a fine backdrop. A female rower adds interest to the scene. She has 2 passengers, and is close to the pier, which has a fine reflection. The whole is framed by overhanging branches.
