Kirkby In Furness
1922-1926
Looking Westward down the narrow but nevertheless main road of Kirkby in Furness erroneously called 'Lady Moira Incline' on some modern maps. The junction to the Ulverston fell road and the corn mill, just out of sight, are on the left. A neatly dressed schoolboy walks towards the camera and a woman in a cloche hat stands talking to another person on the right.
