Looking north up Windermere from the end of the pier at Lakeside. Two gardeners in shirt sleeves are in the grounds of the Lakeside Hotel. Several people standing around the landing stages.where more boats are moored. One man is arriving with a boat. Three people are being settled into the motor launch. The dog is stood on the gunwale. A notice has LMS so after the Grouping in 1923. See D598/600
