Hall Dunnerdale Bridge
Mid 1920s
View across Hall Bridge from the Lancashire side of the River Duddon. The buildings at Bridge End include a wooden shelter which is the filling station for the valley with a pump on the left. There are steps down to the river from the road which leads to Wallowbarrow Farm. Esphole and Nook farms in background. Looks like Sankey’s Morris parked over the wall. See D682 and D689.
