View from the bridge along the terrace of cottages by the River Eea. Iron railings separate the lane from the water. The road on the other side of the river is above a tall retaining wall. Washing is spread on the railings to dry. Two ducks are swimming towards the road bridge at the end of the terrace. This was known as Low Row see 4937.
