South Harbour, Whitehaven

Looking west across Whitehaven harbours and town from The Beacon. Jetties cross the harbour dividing it into three. Barge moored alongside central jetty with various other small boats at anchor. Two church towers can be seen above the other buildings these are St. James’ (left) and St. Nicholas’. Hills rise above the town in the distance. Motor wagon on first jetty to left, bill poster adverts on wall to right.
