The Esplanade Knott End

In the middle of a sunny day, looking east along The Esplanade (cf H48A & H50A) with double bay-fronted housing to the right and the bay to the left where an apparently newly-built wood and brick shelter with benches has been built on the pavement, separated from the foreshore by railings. In the foreground on the right of the otherwise empty road is a workman with wheelbarrow, sign and tools affecting work to the surface.
