The Fishermans Arms Baycliff

mid-20th century

A sleek, inter-wars hotel with Art Deco references, 'Fishermans Arms' above the front entrance, stands on a spacious site with outbuildings at the rear and car parking in front. A single chain link divides the roadside grass verge from the car park at the front edge of which is a free-standing 'pub-style' sign with 'Fisherman's Arms Hotel' upon it. To the left of the visible entrance is a limestone dry-stone wall with shrubbery and trees visible behind.
