Looking north along a straight stretch of a road at a sequence of smart bungalows and semi-detached houses standing in gardens behind railings along the pavement while the rising land behind mixes fields and trees. In the distance the road curves left where the only two vehicles are visible. Lamp standards display the white circle with black diagonal sign to show that speed restrictions to be expected normally where street lighting exists do not apply in this case.
