Rydal Water

Looking southwest from the roadside at the west end of Rydal Water. A young tree is in the foreground close to the lake which is fringed by grasses and plants growing along the edge of the water. In the middle distance, trees edge the end and other side of the lake as well as the ridge behind, beyond which the fells rise high.
