View from the southern end of Coniston Water quite high above Lake Bank and the road to Torver looking to the narrowing at Park Nab with Water Park House in the trees. Central is Peel Island with the Fairfield and Helvellyn Fells on the skyline. To the right, the slopes of Selside covered with Grizedale Forest come down to the lakeshore. To the left are Wetherlam and the Yewdale fells.
