Sedbergh From Winder
Mid 1930s
View of the town looking south from the side of Winder, the fell leading up to The Calf. Sedbergh School buildings are on the right with the chapel and its narrow steeple in the centre. The round white tower on the top of a small rise is the Pepper Pot on the Akay estate. Beyond, the hills are probably Middleton Fell. Number and title handwritten on negative.
