Looking north from the south western corner of Ullswater. A lake rereads into the distance, to left is a Boathouse in amongst trees with a wooden jetty protruding into the water. A second jetty or pier and a white building can be seen on a promontory in the distance, this is the landing for the Ullswater Steamers at Glenridding Bridge. Steep fellside across the water to right.
