A palatial two storey building forming two sides of a courtyard. The central elevation has a three storey castellated bell tower with a clock in centre of second storey and entrance door at its base. Second entrance in centre of right hand elevation. Iron fence and gateway with stone gate columns forms third side of the courtyard. Second Iron fence in foreground. Bicycle leaning against wall left of central entrance.
