Looking south. A steamer is alongside a pier which has a wooden hut at its left (shore) end. People on the steamer and one on the pier appear to be fixing a mooring line. In front of this is a wooden jetty with three small motor launches moored alongside it. In the foreground five rowing boats are pulled up onto the lakeshore. Low hills in the distance.
